KFC — Restaurant in Portland

Omg where do i begin. Went to order the 8 pc plus 8 tender fill up with 3 sides and biscuits said we could only order it online when it clearly didn't. charged us for each individual item that was in the fill up separately, chicken was supposed to be original recipe and got extra crispy i cant eat the crispy, i didn't get my buisqets, i didn't get my butter and honey, didnt get my sauces, chicken was way over cooked. My husband and brother got something different from what me and my daughter got. All of the chicken except for the tenders in mine were so salty i couldn't eat them my husband gave me one of his biscuits and it also was super salty the lady at the counter was poorly trained did not know how to count money, and didn't understand. it took them a half hour to get our food. So tired of getting horrible service we have had bad experiences in the past at other kfc's so we went to others and nothing is different. Its super sad i used to love kfc and did not like Popeyes. Now i have nowhere to go. Extremely overcharged our meals should have been 75. But ended being 108. Ridiculous seeing as how terrible the food was. Will not be...

Have been here several times since it's within distance of our house, but this will be the last time. The staff was loud, and rude. Especially the manager to the employees. We stood in front of the cash register for a minimum of 15 mins while the staff just passed by and looked at us then carried on their Merry way. Then when they finally took our order they kept asking several repeated questions we already had answer 3-4 times. Plus, they were out of nearly everything they should have stocked up, and kept cooking in preparation for how popular those items are. Hello! That is called running a business! This place needs to get their act together. The manager was very inconsiderate, and disrespectful to all who work there as well. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Even for a restaurant, who is supposedly suppose to be a repeatable. This location at 145th and Division in SE Portland is not upholding that standard! Lucky we stayed this time and ordered. I ordered in drive through then was told at check out that I needed to wait by the front door for our meal. We waited out front for 15 minutes before I went inside to see them packing everyone’s but our order! I stood there watching them for 5 more minutes before they packed mines!

We ordered the 40$ meal and 2 chicken little sandwiches. So on the way home we took out and started eating the sandwiches. My boyfriend turns to me and says oh there’s a bone I told him there isn’t bones in it he takes it out to find a sunflower seed shell! I called them on the way back and was still waiting for a manager as I walked into the store where I hung up!

Said manager stated that the sunflower seed shell must be from the bakery they get bread from! And I asked him are you really trying to say no one in your store eats sunflower seeds?! He then only wanted to refund my chicken littles but come on who would eat what’s in the bag after finding half eaten sunflower seeds...
