Cotta is such a cute neighborhood spot! The wait is long if there's a line - we've only seen one person behind the counter. However, it is worth the wait! We drink a LOT of coffee from different places around the country and this is the best latte I've ever had. I got a lavender latte with oat milk that tasted perfect; it was so well balanced.
