PSU Parking Structure Three — Local services in Portland

Ignore previous reviews this parking structure is not run the same. My car has been broken into twice now (Drivers side window shattered). Ive seen three other break ins and have heard that many other residents of the complex im in have had their cars damaged here. I got a pass this month and I really regret it. There is no parking attendant and the police that patrol this place have told me that PSU ignores their suggestions to secure this parking garage. I hate leaving negative reviews but PSU does not care about the people who park their cars here. They refuse to return my calls. If you make one little mistake they will ticket you immediately, I accidently knocked my pass of my rearview mirror last night and sure enough they were dillegent in ticketing me. If only they showed half the effort in protecting our cars. I'm out well over $500 dollars this month because I chose to park here. They have also limited parking severely so you have to park right next to other people. (Love all the extra dings on my car)...

At this point I am very frustrated. I pay for parking on the parking kitty app to be able to park in the garage to park there for 24 hours in the day I PAY FOR, and yet 7 pm to 8 am mon-fri and the weekends the structure is now closed, not to mention they have blumel under construction, so now we really have no off street parking. I am a resident in the area I AM NOT a student, when the option to park here is gone, they give us NO options except to park on the streets and to be at the mercy of every crackheads and vagrants in the area, my window has been smashed parking on the street, my question is why is PSU not allowing people to pay and park there, it gets them money and I am a paying customer with no other options somethings got...

This place is just unsafe and feels almost abandoned. People leave garbage and old food that will sit on the stairways for weeks. The elevator feels unsafe as it has a window to the outside where everyone can see you. The building is so far away from where normal classes are usually held. Have fun taking a long hike to get to your classes. If you absolutely have to park here, LOCK YOUR CAR, and either take out and hide all possessions out of sight, so nobody's tempted to break in. I'd recommend Parking Structure 1 or 2...
