Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

I had the most horrific experience at this location last night. I called to place an order because online wasn't working. I was placed on the phone with a woman who claimed to be a manager. She began to talk to me and the rudest tone and refuse to assist me when I was the one that was prompted to call that store because my order wasn't working online. She then hung up on me because I told her I was not going to allow her to speak to me that way. I called back a second time to which they didn't even answer the phone properly. They picked up the phone in the early. I called back at third time because I wanted the so-called manager's name. They answered the phone and I asked for the name of the manager and they refused to provide it to me. This was on February 28th at 9 p.m. The woman I spoke to you was utterly rude and because of this I don't know if I'll ever order from this company again. One person who has no customer service experience took away a customer who's been ordering pizza from them for over 20 years. This is absolutely unacceptable for someone to treat another person this way. The only thing that I was looking for was exactly what was being offered to me online. Even if it was slightly different I would have been fine with another promotion but the so-called manager was so unhelpful but she didn't even want to try. The lack of communication was not what you would expect from a manager. I felt like I was speaking to a teenager. I'm on 44th Broadway. This location is down the street maybe 6 blocks. These people sent me in a wild pizza chase that ended with me calling 4 location's, each getting further away, and no body delivering anything. So they list a big order that evening. And it sent me on another pizza parade of calls to pizza hut, then finally hot lips. We never got a lousy pizza that night. I mean ridiculous. What kind of business,and I quote "won't let their drivers go past 42nd? To 44th to make money???. Was I told why? No I Was Not. And let me be clear about this, I have seen Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Hot Lips, as well as other random pizza delivery where I live; so I am really not sure why that night 4 dominos, stores told me we Don't work that area. And pizza hut 1-2 locations don't work this area and could not find the one they said, did work the area. Then Hot Lips with the phone number issue. Too much hassle, one less customer, maybe more. My family who comes to town will eat my cooking or a other restaurant. Businesses, and their employees act like they do not care if they get business ANYMORE. Why should we give it to them. Customer service is the worst never recommended nobody to come over to the Store location it’s mess dirty, smells like molding pizza very mess and smashed all feelings on top of box, I open a box I saw piece of dough. All pizza on top of box, I tried to call a manager in store and she was rude and very behavior talking in the phone unprofessional she hang up phone at me, not wanna hear me, that’s very rude i asked my refunded she hang up phone on me, that’s very rude of her unprofessional customer service she provide to me. Very rude. Driver toke so long to delivery me pizza it’s 5 min away from my house he toke 2 hours to delivery my pizza. He drop off and apologize he takes too long and pizza smashed when I coming back to office he at ready left I try to returned him back his pizza smashed and cold.
