It's good pizza (the only reason it gets that second star), but every time I go I'm disappointed in the customer service. It also takes way too long to get your order. My most recent experience: I called to place a to go order, and when the guy picked up he told me to hold on, so I did. For eight minutes I kept yelling hello, I yodeled, I sang into the phone - nothing. Then I was hung up on! I called back and told the guy, and his response was, "Oh. What can I get you?" No apology, no "shoot my bad." They didn't even knock a couple bucks off as courtesy. I guess if you're not a cool kid or a regular you don't get the engaging service the same guy showed the couple at the bar. I work in customer service and I get that sometimes you have to have people wait, but maybe checking to see if they're still on the line or an "I'm sorry" goes a long way. Not going back, especially when I paid $32 and the pizza is not...

Despite there being fewer than 10 customers in the place, we waited an hour and a half (!) for our pizzas, one of which didn't contain a component ingredient listed right in the menu description "because the pizza baker couldn't find it." (The "Fremont" -- basil). Mine was swimming in a pool of grease, and if it contained any meatballs (it was supposed to feature them) they were invisible. This has to go down as our sorriest experience at a Portland pizzeria EVER, and we've had some sorry pizzas alongside the excellent ones. This place's business model has some grave flaws if it takes 90 minutes to produce a pizza. They should take the name "pizzeria" off their outer wall and their name. A nice watering hole with a full bar -- yes. Place to go for pizza -- NEVER. There are 160 better pizza places within the Portland city limits. I doubt that we'll ever return...

The pizza was tasty! My partner and I came to celebrate our anniversary here since we had our first date here. A year ago we got slices, this time we got two whole 10" pies. My complaint is that the slices are way cheaper then a 10" pie. People usually order whole pies to save money and try different topping combinations, but they are wayyyy over priced. two 10" pies and tip cost $35 dollars. That's crazy. I'll never order a 10" pie again, they need to drop the prices drastically or take 10" pizzas off the menu, a total rip off!!! We had the Sweet and Spicy pie which was tasty, but lacked in sausage toppings and the pepperoni's could be better quality. Again $16 bucks in most pizzeria's will get one a 16/18" pie. Now we know how to order better next time we go back to Good...

Very chill atmosphere, low lighting with a sit down bar inside and a self serve water station. Not a sit down a sit down and order type of place, you order when you walk in and they give you a number then you sit wherever you please. The food is delicious and tastes like it's made with fresh ingredients. The pizza crust is kinda thin, perfectly crispy and not oily so I really enjoyed it. They also offer a gluten free crust which we ordered for my mother in law, which is very thin and crispy (like most gluten free pizzas). It wasn't her most favorite crust but she enjoyed the pesto sauce and toppings on the pizza.

This place is going downhill fast. Used to be fine, considering there's not much else on Dekum. But last night we waited over a half hour to get a burnt pizza with the wrong toppings. Maybe the counter guy would have gotten it right if he hadn't walked away from us while we were ordering. Ever since all the capable and nice women who worked the front of the house quit, it's just become a dive bar where career alcoholics hang out to watch TV. I'm done with it.

Friendly neighborhood bar with pizza by the slice. I also saw that you can order a gluten free pizza which isn't on their site or menu (& probably not celiac safe but for other gf friends it's good!). I was happy to see that and will get it next time. Prices are good. Live music and good covered outdoor seating too (they even have treats inside for the doggo). I also got a hotty toddy which was warm, good, and priced really well (like $7.50?).
