Terrible customer service. It seemed they did not want us there. We were quickly seated on the worst side of the restaurant and immediately asked if we were ready to order while looking at menus still. The tea was like water and we asked for real water 3 times. We also asked for a tea bag or new tea and waitress put her back to us and walked away saying no we don't have that we don't have that! lol who heard of a Chinese restaurant with out tea? Its like a hamburger without fries. We ordered the General Tao and the Kung Pao. Both were very bland but ok. Texture was more like slimy steamed then what I'm use to at other Chinese restaurants. Sad to say but we will not return...but i'm sure that's what they wanted. Oh ya....one more thing. We didn't get any cookies:( don't think I've ever not gotten my fortune cookie after...

They lack honor. We ordered, they messed it up then tried to say it was our fault. We have been going there for years. The food is good, the prices are fair (not cheap), but the service...... they lack respect for the customer, they lack integrity of staff, and they lack honor! I would not recommend them. I have seen the wait staff treat people poorly but it had not ever happened to me. Now that it has I see they need to take note and be a little better with the people that help pay for the lights. I will not return for some time. by the way after a phoned argument they offered me free food or replacement this does not pay for the extra trip and the people waiting to eat dont want to hold off for another 25 minutes. Not reasonable when picked up and guess what Free doesn't make your actions right. you have...

This is about delivery not in house service. Bland bland bland bland. Hot n sour soup is ok,the best thing i ordered, but not spicy. At all. Hands down worst spring roll (mushy piles) and mu shu was literally just three full onions lightly cooked and thrown into a to go w maybe a sauce, but also bland. Worst mu shu of all times and they should be ashamed to charge what they do for literally just several harshly chopped undercooked onions. Inedible. Chow mein was cooked fine and good portion w actually a decent amount of veggies (not just onion), but bland. I guess they get 2 stars for large portion size and not necessarily tasting bad, because nothing tasted like anything at all. Price point does not reflect the quality. I will absolutely never eat here again. If you like flavor you...

Ok full disclosure..Mom was really hungry during filming this and she hadn't had Korean Chinese in a long time so looking back she felt like she inflated her scores here. She asked me to take them out because although the food was good, it's "Portland good" lol. Overall everything was okay (noodles especially were a bit too overcooked) but the stand out was the sweet and sour pork which we'll definitely be back for! #Korean #koreanchinesefood #portland #fyp

One of the rarest foods to find in Portland is Korean-Chinese cuisine, especially a dedicated spot for it. Thankfully, Chinese Delicacy in SE Portland is here to save the day with not only serving my favorite Korean-Chinese dishes, but also a variety of amazing Chinese classics! 🥢 Thank you to Chinese Delicacy for inviting me and gifting me this meal! #gifted The three primary dishes in Korean-Chinese cuisine are jjajangmyeon, tangsuyuk, and jjamppong (noodles in black bean sauce, sweet and sour pork, and spicy seafood noodle soup). If you have been looking for a great jjajangmyeon, this is the spot for you. Chinese Delicacy makes it their own by using handmade noodles, which are perfectly chewy and delicious. Along with Korean-Chinese dishes, find all your familiar Chinese favorites. We got the mapo tofu, General Tso’s chicken, pork dumplings, and Chinese broccoli. This is the perfect place to share a warm and comforting meal with either your friends or family or to grab take out from! Check them out in SE Portland on 82nd Ave! _______________ ✨Pork Dumplings ($14) ✨Seafood with Spicy Soup Noodles ($16) ✨Pork Black Bean Sauce Noodles ($15.50) ✨Peking Style Sweet and Sour Pork ($16.50) ✨Ma Po Bean Curd ($13.50) ✨General Tso’s Chicken ($15) ✨Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce ($13.50) _______________ Korean food in Portland | Korean restaurant in Portland | Chinese food in Portland | Chinese restaurant in Portland | Korean Chinese food in Portland | #portland #pdx #portlandoregon #oregon #portlandfood #portlandeats #pdxfood #pdxeats #travelportland

POV : You’re headed to Portland to hang out with your dad. Join me in this point of view video of me taking the Amtrak train going south down from Tacoma Dome Amtrak Station to PDX Union Station. I was spending some time seeing friends and family up in Seattle and gotta finish my trip seeing my dad down in Portland. We went to one of our favorite restaurants called Chinese Delicacy on 82nd street. The address is : 6411 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97266 We had 3 dishes were : Champong (Korean Noodle Soup has a spicy and savory broth, often with a distinct seafood flavor derived from ingredients like cuttlefish, mussels, and shrimp) Jjajangmyeon is a popular Korean-Chinese noodle dish featuring thick, chewy wheat noodles topped with a rich, savory black bean sauce. The sauce, made with chunjang (fermented black soybean paste), is typically studded with diced pork and vegetables like onions and zucchini. It's known for its distinctive umami flavor, often described as a mix of sweet, salty, and slightly tangy notes.  And finally : Kkanpunggi (깐풍기) is a popular Korean Chinese dish featuring spicy garlic fried chicken. It is characterized by its crunchy texture and a balanced flavor profile that combines spicy, sweet, savory, and tangy notes.  Such a great spot, and really one of the last few places in town you can get Korean/Chinese chicken wings called Kkanpunggi. #foodie #asmreating
