My husband called KFC Barbur last night at 7:40PM to order a bucket of 10 pieces if chicken thighs, extra crispy. He spoke with Kimberly, the manager there. She told him they no longer do buckets (even though we have a coupon good till November offering 10 pc buckets). She also said they only had 5 thighs and would not cook any more (even though they were open until 9:00 PM!). I called her back to confirm they would not cook any more thighs, and she was haughty and condescending, calling me "hon" or "honey" throughout our converesation. Again she said they would not cook any more thighs for us because the cooks leave at 8:30 PM. It was 7:45 PM at that time, giving the cooks 45 minutes to cook the thighs. She said she didn't want "to open the bags the chicken would come out of". We also wanted to order 2 thighs of the new Georgia Gold recipe. She said the only way we could order Georgia Gold was to order a fixed combo. We could not order the individual pieces. I called the central ordering number for KFC, and they had no problem with a 10 piece bucket of thighs or the 2 pieces of Georgia Gold thighs. But when I called Kimberly, the manager at the Barbur store, back, she again declined to accomodate any of our request. Read moreThis kfc is the actual worst. I ordered the two-piece meal with fries and got stale and soggy chicken and mashed potatoes. I went back and asked for a fresh meal and Kendra (If that’s her real name) was absolutely incredibly rude. I’m very soft-spoken, and with mass I know it can be hard to hear and on top of that I was uncomfortable asking for a fresh meal so I was not speaking very loud and Kendra all but yelled at me what I don’t need to do WHAT? When I repeated myself louder She cut me off and said you don’t like it? And I said I’m asking for a new meal because this is stale and soggy. And she ripped the bag from my hand and went back to get my new order and did not put the fries in my order. So I went back through the drive-through and said hey my fries aren’t in my order and when I got up to the window she laughed at me and said the fries are in the bag and I told her they weren’t in the bag and she laughed again and said that’s OK I’ll get you an extra order of fries. I’m not sure if the comment was made because I’m fat or because I asked for a fresh correct order. Either way, this was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Read moreI went to this location about 3 months ago. After I ordered they asked me to wait for my order in the parking lot. I waited 30 minutes and called them to tell them I had been waiting for a long time after seeing other cars come and go. They finally came out 20 minutes later to ask me if I was waiting for an order. Once I told them what I had ordered they replyed with "OH! We gave that order to someone else." For my troubles the manager, Yamileth, told me that they would put my name in a book and my next order would be on the house. I stopped in today to order a few chicken sandwiches and they said they were out and that anything else I ordered would be about an 8 to 12 minute wait. I said "ok," and made my order. Once I got to the window I had told them about my previous experience and they checked to book and said that person had been fired. They still checked the book and saw entries from that manager 4 months previous then told me that my name probably wasn't in the book because management chages it about every 3 month after telling me that there was multiple entries 4 month prior that same manager had put in.
