Even though I make salad rolls often to eat but it is nice to have Lotus Kitchen prepare a party tray of salad rolls for me when I don't have much time to make them myself. These salad rolls are so fresh tasting just like how I would make them. Banh mi here are also excellent! The baguette they use to make banh mi has a nice crisp on the outside and soft & chewy on the inside with thin dough so you can taste all that juicy yummy meat and crispy pickles rather than the doughy crumbly bread like most places. I came here because I saw pandan waffles, 3 for $5! This place is actually inside of Hong Phat, the supermarket. There's a lot of premade meals, but I only picked up the waffles. Although cold, they're super chewy and had plenty of pandan flavor; I'm really impressed! Definitely recommend, and throw them into the toaster oven perhaps for even more...
