Update: added photos. And I still love to order these cookies and will be placing another large order for my upcoming competition again! Original: Okay, so I actually found this place because I was looking for a dessert place to go to after my first bodybuilding competition in Vancouver, WA. I'm a huge fan of edible cookie dough and had actually found another place in Portland that I was going to go to until I came across PDX Cookie Co. Once I saw all the options they had, I knew I had to come here. BUT, I was still two weeks away from my competition and was seeing all these amazing cookies that wouldn't be there if I waited until I was in Portland. So I placed an order, and then a few days later they had more options that I NEEDED so I placed another order (like huge orders guys). And awesome-enough, they allow you to pick up in store instead of pay shipping, so they held my items for my pick-up and I went in and picked up my two boxes that were waiting, AND BOUGHT MORE items in store. And I'm so glad I did, because one of those items I picked up in store was a cavity bar (with edible cookie dough on top) with all kinds of peanut butter candies and that was the cookie bar that I ate after my competition. I couldn't even finish it half of it! And I tried! No, like for real, I brought it to bed with me to try and force it in to my stomach because it was SO AMAZING and I wanted to finish it but I just couldn't do it and now I still have half of it left for later! And all the rest of my cookies are sitting in the freezer, ready for me to finish my competitions and eat them!!

I searched "desserts near me," and this place came up with some 5-star ratings. I like cookies. Not as much as the next person, but they're fine if they're cooked well. First, Bee was delightful!! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I bought the 6-pack of assorted (my choice - they change monthly!!) cookies for $25, and a couple gluten-free (they also have vegan!!), and went on my way. My next stop was meeting up with a friend, so of course I shared the cookies!! We both tried the first cookie, and both had the same reaction, which was, unfortunately, not a good one. The problem is, I'm not a fudge person (I'm sure it is definitely SOMEONE'S "cup of tea", just not mine...), and the density of the cookie (combined with everything stuffed inside) gave it a fudge-like quality. I was super disappointed because I had bought 6 of them and wasted 25 bucks! Oh, well. Someone at home will eat them. I got home later that night, still thinking about the disappointment and the cookies, and happened to remember Bee suggesting I heat the cookies up as one of the many ways to eat them... ...and, Sweet Baby Jesus, I kid you not, I have never tasted anything SO WONDERFUL!!! All the things stuffed inside melted together into an amazing explosion of flavor!! I tried every single cookie, and there is not a bad one to tell people to stay away from!! I instantly messaged my friend (and another 2 people I had given cookies to!) to "Heat them up! Heat them up!!" I went back 4 days later to buy 6 more! And I'll be back on Monday! Definitely, definitely must try!!

I’ve tried PDX Cookie Co’s cookies, magic bars, and edible cookie dough which are all so amazing! I drove from WA state to Portland for her store front twice because I’m such a fan! This is easily my go-to place for desserts and wish I was local because I seriously would go to her store front weekly! This company offers online shipping and online orders which I regularly do since I don’t live close because I can’t resist her unique and creative menu options! All of the treats are a soft texture, NEVER dry! They have so many unique flavors. This company’s creativity is endless and anyone can find a flavor they’d love to try because they have so many! This company deserves all of the love in Portland, I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could! If you purchase online, you can use the discount code: cookiemonster This will save you 10% on your purchase!

OK, if you do not order your cookies from Eva and her team, then you are just plain SILLY! Not only are the cookies MIND BLOWINGLY DELISH, the process to order mega easy, and every email interaction with Eva was fun and smiley! I gave her a brief of my vision for what I was thinking of via the Contact Us form on their website, got an immediate cheery and helpful response. I ordered with a week before my partner's 60th birthday party and the result was MOUTH MAGIC incorporating his fav KitKat candy. I had no idea Eva would create a custom label with his name for every cookie and individually wrap all 3 dozen cookies. They weighed a TON because they were full of KitKat, chocolate ganache, and love. Plus, every single person who tried them RAVED. I do not live near Eva's shop but you better believe I'd walk 100 miles to work with her and eat her unique and drool-worth cookies ANY TIME. Thank you again for your culinary talents that were a mega hit! I cannot wait for the next time I need extra special...
