Ordered two slices of pizza to go and a beet salad for eating in. The waitress came to the table with two slices of pizza on a plate, we told her that the pizza was to go and the beet salad was for here. She brought the pizza back in a to go box and said I will go make the salad. We waited and waited and saw that everyone was standing around (it was not busy) finally the waitress that was supposed to be making our salad started laughing and next thing we know a guy delivered our salad in a cardboard box to go. He said I am so sorry we put it in the cooler not realizing it was for you (hmmm the waitress was going back to make the salad??? ). Why did she not deliver it? Anyway, he apologized and we said the salad was for here...he said sorry. No offer to bring plates... So we ate our salad out of a cardboard box and watched as the staff just stood around and laughed! Frustrating! Are we at a point in this world where customer service no longer matters and when you make a mistake you just laugh and basically say too bad??? Guess we won’t be going to Lucky Lab anymore. Last time I went and ordered a pizza to be picked up they forgot it. They saw that it was called in but never made it. Hmmm...customer service? ...
Read moreThe things I could write about could fill a novel. But I will focus on the service. The prevailing attitude seems to be the staff treats this place like a private hangout for their friends and acts like they are doing you a favor when they can be bothered to serve anyone else. I'm part of a group that used to hold live music events here and in the long time we used this venue we were treated like a burden by the staff despite the amount of business we brought in. Staff would often ignore bringing us the pizzas we ordered for hours on end despite not being busy otherwise, for most of our time here didn't put a bartender upstairs where event was held, making people go downstairs to get drinks. The most egregious however was they would often cancel on us on short notice for "a private event." We are are a private event and we booked the space months in advance so I'm not sure why the other party was more important. Since then we have found another venue who treats us better. Lucky lab, learn to appreciate the people who rent your space. That's how you spread goodwill which...

the pizza took an incredibly long time;I am fairly certain that our order was forgotten twice. Once when we placed it and again (after I asked them to look into it when it was taking so long) when it was completed. It sat for easily 10-15 minutes forgotten. This, after I'd asked for it to go and hoping there'd be at least some possibility it might be warm when we got home. It was not.
I ordered a nirto brew and the server filled it up all foam, poured it out, and filled again. All foam. They need to recognize that this means the taps are dirty. I didn't drink this drink that I paid for.
Again, we are tourists. We have one night of the three we had to eat here. Absolutely disappointing. This place sucks. Do...
