A welcome addition to Multnomah Village. The owner’s name is Sean & bartender’s name was Andy. Fast friendly knowledgeable service. BYO food. Kid friendly until a reasonable hour likely. Outdoor seating available. Limited soccer matches on TV including Timbers. Imperial 20 ounce pours, hence their namesake Proper Pint (20oz). To the left of the bar is a craft beer fridge full of unique beers. The prices are toward the top end for proper pints at around $7.50.

Basic tap room, nothing spectacular. Service was good. Bathrooms are kept clean. Outdoor seating was nice. I really liked the seltzer, if in the area again, I’d go back.

Such a great taphouse. Staff is always nice, great cozy seating and plenty of tvs for whatever game is on…Go Timbers! Way dog friendly also.

Basic tap room, nothing spectacular. Service was good. Bathrooms are kept clean. Outdoor seating was nice. I really liked the seltzer, if in the area again, I’d go back.

Do we really need another tap room in the village? Yes! Yes we do! I shouldn’t be saying this since I want this place all to myself but this tap room is great! Wonderful selection of beer and welcoming environment. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and remembered my name! our favorite bar in the village! great bartenders and service. even though i've never been much of a sports fan, i love going to proper pint to watch the timbers games. every time the timbers score a goal, the bartenders pass out shots of beer to everyone in the bar and make a toast to the scoring player. it's...
