This was our first time trying the food at Tito's and we really enjoyed it.
The tamarindo ribs with corn salad on the starter menu was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
We tried a plate of their taquitos with citrus pork on top and those were tasty. We also got a few of the fish tacos which were good as well. I think a lime wedge or citrus somewhere would have cut the deep fried fish and put those over the top (for my taste).
We also tried a few desserts: the arroz con leche brulé, and the tres leches cake with fresh whipped cream and berries. The tres leches was delicious. The rice pudding in the brulé wasn't pudding really, so much as the consistency of chilled risotto and the sugar on top was too thick and burnt almost black in places, making it acrid and too tough to chew.
The service was very nice and friendly and the dining room was clean and had nice style, although just a bit bare bones, but they're newly opened so that makes sense. I look forward to seeing what they end up doing once their space is fully dialed in.
All in all a very nice meal experience and we will look forward to going back to try other items...
Read morei was already familiar with tito's and their fabulous taquitos, so i was absolutely thrilled when i heard they were moving in to multnomah village. so thrilled that i've already gone twice in the two weeks it's been open; the first time was during the first week of their soft open and the wait times were around an hour, so we ordered pork and beef taquitos to-go. we stopped by a week later on a week night and the wait was only twenty minutes for a seat. it was totally worth it to try some of their other dishes. we had the churritos, mini sopes, and a fish and chorizo taco, and everything was so good! i was especially fond of the tacos; both packed some serious flavor punch! we ordered a tres leches cake to-go and let me just say that it's one of the most divine desserts i've had in portland. you will not be disappointed. service was fantastic and friendly even though they were clearly super busy, and the wait for food once we were seated was minimal. the hostess even remembered us from the first time we stopped in. anyway, having tito's in the neighborhood is a massive W....
Read moreTito’s Taquitos never disappoints! Their tacos and taquitos have always been a big hit — consistently flavorful and perfectly made. I was excited to see several new additions to the menu, and they did not disappoint. The tamarind ribs are incredibly tender and bursting with flavor, and the fried chayote is a standout — crisp on the outside and soft and delicate on the inside.
The atmosphere is always on point, with great music that adds to the fun, welcoming vibe. The service is top-notch — our servers were super attentive, constantly checking in and making sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. Shout out to the kitchen staff, too — they're fast, friendly, and clearly know what they’re doing.
Can’t wait for them to start serving their delicious cocktails like the ones at the Beaverton location. Highly recommend Tito’s Taquitos — this...
