Was excited to try this place because of the great reviews, but the burger was just fine, and I’m not quite sure what folks are raving about. Paid $8 for the smallest side of sweet potato fries I’ve ever seen. The picture is after eating just one in the car and realizing how tiny the serving was. Guy working the cart was really friendly, but this is not a 4.9 star meal and not even close to worth the $20+ it cost, including tip.

I love a good burger and Mr Big Burger never disappoints. I went last night, ordered a double. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach — I ate half put the rest in the fridge. You know I had it for breakfast lol …and it was still amazing. Yum —Nicely seasoned, fresh meat and fresh veggies and those sweet potatoes fries are fire! And i love his new spot on 82nd such a vibe! Best burger Joint in town.

Couldn't be more excited to have this truck at The Yard food cart pod! Open during the week - closed Saturday and Sunday. Burgers were delicious! They even offer a Beyond the Meat burger all with creative toppings that hit the spot! The fries are perfectly salted steak fries with a tasty fry sauce! Coming back for milkshakes and the 1/2 lbers!

We Stumbled upon Mr. Big Burger awhile back and fell in love! Though we have not tried all the burgers yet, there has not been a wrong choice for us. Like my current favorite Brunch Burger, is my go to for when I want breakfast but not at the same time. The Mr. Big Burger on the days I'm super hungry and feeling spicy! My son is down for the fish and chips, while my partner loves the PB&J Burger. We don't always get fries, but when we do they are totally worth it!!

Prices are fair as you can feel the love put into each burger which is not something you can say about 99% of the sit down burger places in Portland, let alone how fresh the burgers are!

At some point I will update with pictures if I can keep the families hands off them...

Burger was fantastic, all of the veggies used were nice and fresh, burger patty was juicy and delicious, the fries are GREAT and the fry sauce is killer.

The guys that were running the joint were super nice and working hard, but I can't help commenting that it took quite a while to get the food. I don't know if I got there at a rush hour or if they were having kitchen troubles, but it was definitely more than I would have expected. Or maybe I was just hangry and am being unfair 😂 either way don't let that discourage you, the food is...

My mom and I took a chance and let our fingers do the walking (figuratively) to find this place. It doesn’t disappoint! Chef’s kiss for sure. We brought it home and it was still really hot and fresh. All ingredients were very fresh tasting and the fries were crinkle cut, which is my favorite. The service was wonderful too.
