Please make the drinks on time and not talk about your personal life or go extra slow . Not everyone works at Fred meyers and has all the time in the world.

I made the poor choice of getting my coffee at Fred meyers early am because I had an emergency shopping to do . I knew I should’ve driven extra and got my coffee at my normal spot . There were 2 girls behind the counter one with Halloween makeup and another girl with purple hair . The purple hair girl seemed to be “in charge “ since she called to wake up someone to ask them to come earlier . She stopped everything to make that phone call. Not only does she not understand sense of urgency but her customer service is awful . She interrupted me while I was giving my order to ask for something for another Fred Meyers employee. Look I get it , Sunday morning , we got the laziness and no one wants to be at work . However this is a business that you are getting paid for , Your personal life and matter isn’t priority to me, I want to get my coffee in less than 20 min so I can be on time for my...

In the last 2 months from having the kindest, caring, and most thoughtful staff. I tip EVERYONE, right down to convenient store employees. The recently hired staff don't even deserve the coins in my change. In the 20+ years that I've been an extremely generous and loyal customer at Starbucks, this is the FIRST TIME I EVER WROTE A COMPLAINT to the company.
