Starbucks — Restaurant in Portland

Unfortunately, the last six times I have patronized this Starbucks my order has been made wrong every time. Today my birthday drink was made incorrectly so I went in and asked for it to be remade after the caramel ribbon flavoring and crunchies were ommitted from my order after specifically asking for extra. The barista was shockingly disrespectful and argued that she should not remake the drink because it was made right the first time, despite clearly not having been. Unfortunately I was not able to get her name, she refused to wear a nametag, presumably because she must have known how poor her service was. Perhaps next time, employees should be more willing to accomodate and be flexible instead of arguing and potentially ruining...

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE KETO. There are a few keto “frappachino” drinks I have no problem ordering at other Starbucks, just tea and ice and cream... and I ordered it and was promptly scolded and told they WILL NOT blend tea. What the heck? Are you kidding me? I argued with the girl for a good 5 minutes. I don’t drink coffee, and can’t have sugar. Any other Starbucks has no problem making custom orders but apparently blending tea is “not okay with policy” and they would not budge. Had the worst experience in a Starbucks here. Came in for coffee and pastries but made the mistake of asking to use the restroom first. The lady behind the counter rudely stated you Have To Make a Purchase First. So I proceeded to order. While in line a bunch of Caucasian customers came in the went straight to the restroom and nobody stopped them to ask if they were buying anything. Never felt to unwelcome and offended.
