Starbucks — Restaurant in Portland

Delicious coffee, no brainer. Ordered 3 drinks, (2 caramel frappuccinos & 1 salted caramel frappuccino) had the order repeated back to me. Get to the window, pay, get handed the 2 identical drinks, then have to wait on the 3rd. Okay, so the employee hands me the drink, not what I ordered, not even close. I get handed a hot coffee. When I inform the employee, she proceeds to tell me that there is nothing she can do about it & that the salted caramel is no longer on the menu!! Yes, even though she had three chances to inform me of this before I ever got to the window. First when I placed the order, second when she repeated the order back, and finally when I got to the window. Bottom line, the employees should notify customers when something is not available & not try to make them settle for something they didn't ask for. That's a good way to...

My husband and I go to starbucks about 3 times per week. Today, Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Portland,Texas location, I asked the young lady taking our order about holiday cups being released. Her exact comment was, "I don't really know anything about that. I'm not interested and I don't keep up!" Keep in mind there were boxes sitting all around the location waiting to be unloaded. As my family visits different Starbucks locations in the area, I would suggest the Portland location employees be retrained by the Starbucks employees at the Leopard Street location. They are experts in excellent customer service, friendliness and professionalism. I order from the app so I don’t have to wait in the long line or go inside to place an order. Please tell me why I placed an order for two doppio espressos at 7:20 am and didn’t get them till 7:50 am. I understand it’s very busy but I ordered it thru the app. What’s the point if it’s still going to take that long to get and I still have to fight to get in the parking lot cause it’s always full. When I order at the island and I’m in flour bluff I get my coffee as soon as I get there. Do better Portland. You know you’re going to be busy then have more people working. I avoid this Starbucks as much as I can because of the wait. Also your employees aren’t the nicest. The people who were there before and quite were so nice and kind. These new people always look angry...
