I went in and ordered 3 different meals. 2 of them breakfast a #20 with sausage and fries and a #21 on TEXAS TOAST and Bacon with hash browns. Well as I got home and opened my food I realized that both where wrong the #20 was only missing the fries but the #21 (Bob) was not only NOT on Texas toast but was sausage. Due to medical reason I can not eat sausage and I am not one to call and complain or free food trust I can buy my food if I go out but this was for the birds. I spoke with a lady and gave her my name and said I would be back in the morning that I wasn't able coming back now. Well I just went up there and there was a MANAGER and he was EXTREMELY rude to me and treated me as if I was just trying to get something for nothing. Well as I am talking to him I get upset, I do not yell or cuss at him but when I turned around the cop that was already seated inside was standing behind me as if I was in the wrong and being disorderly. So as of right now I am fixing to call back up there and inform him that I will be talking to his boss as we are not just once a week customers but we eat there probably on average 10+ times a month. Read more5-30-21 @ 10:29 a.m. On this day at this time the crew working was just amazing. Starting with taking the order we had a 6 yr old and 7 yr old girls with us that couldn't make up their minds so it took us some time to get everything ordered. The lady taking our order was super nice and patient. So much so that we gave her a tip at the window because nowadays it's hard to find good help and it should be recognized. When we get to the pickup window and the next lady was just amazing. We didn't have cash our I would have tipped her as well. Then our order wasn't right so I went inside to get it corrected. The young man at the counter seen I had a issue and very nicely said we will be right with you. Was not sure if the order was wrong because of the way we ordered but the manager didn't even ask questions it was just how can I get this corrected. She was very busy but still took the time to take care of us. So in total we came in contact with 5 employees and all 5 were just amazing with excellent customer service. We travel a lot and we have noticed with everyone being shorthanded customer service has been terrible and this morning it was just amazing to see so many employees doing such an awesome job. Read moreLane B was open so I ordered my meal with no problem. As I pulled up to front, no one ever came out to my car. I watched 6 cars in Lane A get their food and leave. So I parked at front and went inside to talk to manager( Jacob). I told him that if Lane B is closed, it should have a cone there to let everyone know Lane A is only option. He stated that everyone knows Lane B is closed and that the microphone there still works even if it's closed. Confused, I said we'll if it's closed it needs to coned. I asked Jacob for his full name, which he refused. When I asked for his bosses name he again refused. I told him that's OK, I would just look it up( receipt). He said then don't ask me if you know what to do. I told him that he was a horrible manager and needs retraining. He said that's your opinion and walked off. I told him it was an objective fact, and proceeded to call corporate. I've heard all the complaints around town but never experienced it first hand.
