This was a while ago, but I'm still annoyed by this enough to leave a review. Check your drink before you leave.
If they run out of ingredients (or are just too lazy to get more out of the back) they will put random stuff in your drink and give it to you in the hopes you won't notice.
I was foam-f@%@d via my caramel macchiato (I KNOW RIGHT!) because they'd run out of milk and instead of waiting for a team member to get more from the back, they used a whipped cream to fill the cup the rest of the way and mixed it so you couldn't tell without drinking it. As I was leaving with my order of several drinks, one of the team members was coming back with the milk.

I'm not complaining about the temperature of my coffee by the time I was able to take a sip & find out that my drink was wrong?
