I was here volunteering for another organization to assist with disassembly of tables after an event. I was told that they hadn't been informed of where the tables should go, so I should go ask three employees nearby. I asked one by one and received "dunno", "eh", and silence.

I went back and she was unhappy that they knew nothing, but told me to try asking those two kids with disassembled tables. I asked them, and they said they were walking around trying to figure that out themselves.

I went back and she was very unhappy. She told me to go to the front desk and ask for the head of the Rec Center. I asked to see the head, and was told she was not present, what could we help you with? I told them and they had no idea.

It turned out they didn't even know that the head was, in fact, there, so I asked her, and she politely walked me to the location to actually help me, and everyone else, put away the tables.

Thanks, head of the Recreation Center! But, sorry about the entirety of...

I am sorry to give such a low rating but my reason is the nest of ticks at this playground over by the picnic tables. I am told that these things latch on and can give you illnesses as severe as Lyme disease. As lovely and as beautiful as this community is, until they have it taken care of it and warned all of the parents of the many little students they have come here each day, I do not think I will be coming here again. Hopefully this infestation is taken care of soon so that we can return with the confidence that these insects will not be a danger to my children and myself. Proceed at...

We loved our dance claas but the front desk staff was not very competent. I registered my daughter online at 800am on the dot for winter term online...but the system wouldn't take my payment so I tried to pay at the desk today when we came in for class and they deleted my registration i instead of letting me pay and then the class was full and no I don't want to consider an alternate time...i work full time and live in aloha...thank you...
