Starbucks — Restaurant in Portland

Personally, now this may not be true for all. But I do like a little milk in my coffee rather than a little coffee in my milk. I worked at Starbucks for 2 years(granted many years ago) However, unless the customer specifically changes something themselves,every drink is supposed to be uniform. None of the coffees should be tasting like straight milk. To be completely frank this drink tastes like what my mom used to make me to help go to sleep at night when I was a child, milk and only milk. The manager at the Starbucks inside of the QFC store was absolutely gross with her attitude this morning. My wife bought her usual but Gemma? made the drink incorrectly so my wife pointed that out. Gemma? Got offended and literally tossed my wife her straw... My wife asked her why she was throwing her straw. Gemma? begins to yell at her.
