The place is in cartlandia. The entrance can be missed if not familiar with the area. Multiple outdoor seating are available. There is also indoor seating option. You’ll have to get the code from the vendor whom you bought your food. The place can get crowded during busy hours.

The ramen miso broth was good. The pork content was a LOT as compared to other places that I have been to. Maybe the vendor just felt being generous when ordered.

Be mindful of the birds when you sit outside. They appear to be comfortable with and tend to get too close...

Sincerely the best Ramen I have ever had. I asked for spicier Ramen and he's taken up the challenge multiple times and keeps making it hotter for me. Also wonderful customer service and the ingredients taste amazing. The dishes used are amazing, he gives you a soup spoon for the broth too. I've never seen such clear shoyu broth that I can see all the food in it and yet still blast in flavor while not overwhelming the different ingredients. I truly love this place and would love to see him grow to...

Listen, I love this place, a lot. The food is very good, it’s always cooked just right, the service is fantastic — I have only one gripe. Please update your google hours if they have changed. I’ve gone to Cartlandia specifically for the ramen, and the last two times I’ve gone, including tonight, 7 pm on a Tuesday, you’ve been closed. It’s frustrating, and there’s no explanation on the window. I really look forward to ramen from here. I just wish your hours were more...
