We live in New Hampshire and whenever we are in the area we always stop in. Great Pho & Pad Thai. The service is excellent and your order is on the table before you know it. Everything is perfectly seasoned and nice size portions. I also love the GOI CUON TOM GA Spring Rolls & the Shrimp Bikini. I love the Pho with raw beef & the Pad Thai with the level 4 spice. One thing I look for whenever I eat out at any ethnic restaurant ( and I mean this in the most sincere way ) If it is an Italian restaurant and you Italians eating there or a Thai restaurant and you see Asians eating there then that is a major indication of how good the food must be. My favorite vietnamese restaurant because they have the best pho EVER! (I've been to A LOT of viet restaurants trying pho). The first time I went there, I was actually just passing by with my dad running errands in portland. So we went in and ordered, my dad is a very impatient man so he asked them HOW LONG? the staff was like 5 minutes...5 mins later out comes our pho--nice, hot, delicious pho! Wish I could give a better rating but I can't. Arrived and we were the only 2 people there for a few minutes. Ordered 2 entrees and I app. App came out in 15 minutes and was meh. Another 25 minutes past and then the waiter returned to tell us that one of the dishes we ordered can't be made. He offered a substitution and when he went back into the kitchen a war among the kitchen staff erupted. ( We can hear everything said behind the fish tank and in the kitchen ) It was clearly a bad day for the kitchen as they were out of rice.... Maybe we'll give it another chance.
