My boyfriend and I went on a roll the dice adventure. We wanted to try food somewhere new and ended up at the Meddling Lime. Their menu looks... interesting, but we gave it a try. Oh my goodness is it amazing! I ordered the crispy rice with chicken. It had amazing flavor and texture. Their fried chicken is made in front of you and is so much tastier than many places. My boyfriend ordered a fried chicken burrito. He was giving it thumbs up and happy hums the whole time. To finish it off we had one of their “famous” lime snickerdoodle cookies. I had never heard of them before, but I will now tell of their wonders. They are hard to imagine until you have sunk your teeth into one, and then you understand. I've enjoyed everything on the menu, but my favorites (in order) are the Al Pastor Taco, the Black Bean and Roasted Poblano Taco, the Fried Chicken Taco, Al Pastor Burrito and the Crispy Rice. The Beet and Avocado Taco is also quite impressive.

Things coming out of this kitchen make your tummy go yum. Always go with a least one taco just to get started. Favorite is the avocado beat. But that changes as I go. Yes it's a once at least a month habit that is hard to break. Sometimes gets cranked up to three or four times a month. So good. Reasonably priced and has a loyal following. Basically the only food cart making it in this little stand area. Tables can be dirty as they don't have time to bus. There is only one trash can and that is usually full. Look for this one to transition to restaurant location...
