Graziano's 501 Café — Restaurant in Portsmouth

I just wanted to say this was by far the best food experience I have ever had. The restraunt was extremely busy but we chose here because we cant beat the amazing prices anywhere else! I was with a party of eight, our food took a while to be cooked (which is very much understandable because they were super busy!)and the owner had a conversation with my friends and I as well as the waitress constantly reassuring us our food will be here soon! The staff was all incredibly friendly and as soon as our food came out the owner personally came out and told us the meal was on the house. As someone who works in a fast paced food environment the staff was super calm and friendly which taking and giving out orders! I found this restaurant on my visit to RI. The place was packed. The food tasted good - I had the marinated tips, Cape Cod pancakes, and the English Waffle. The Marinated tips was pretty good but the pancakes came in cold and the English Waffle was burned. The wait time was over 30 minutes and at no time the waiter came to us to apologize for the delay, even though many that came after us were gone by the time our food was served. I had to ask another waitress for syrup because my waitress wouldn’t come around. We were renting a house a block from Graziano's, too bad we didn't know about it the day we arrived, what a gem. The menu is very interesting and everything sound yummy, breakfast all day, lunch, dinner and bar service. We had breakfast, the best eggs Benedict I've ever had and I have them every time it's available at a restaurant. Their eggs were out of this world, huge and poached to perfection. We had them on bolo bread because they run out of English muffins, that was a great swap. My husband had the homemade hash and he said it was very good.
