UPDATE: * Alright! My trip back to JoJack's was sooner than I thought 1/20/2022. I went in on an early lunch break and the breakfast. Those pancakes were perfectly crispy like my grandma used to make them in her skillet. I finally got the potato cakes and they were great with ketchup. They taste like they may have onion in them which is perfect. I'm not sure if I mentioned in my last review but the pan fried potatoes should have green pepper and onion in them too! I also had chicken sausage with that breakfast and it was great as well. I like that they have that no pork option. Most business have Turkey but I'm a-okay with the chicken. Lately I ordered my breakfast with a coconut sunrise drink. I could tell it was fresh! Glad I gave this spot another chance. I'll be back again for breakfast!
1/15/2022 - I think I just ordered the wrong thing or it would be 4 (or maybe even 5) stars... I've heard many people rave about this little place! I went on a Saturday afternoon. My coworkers all loved their food. I was a little disappointed in my half Turkey sandwich. Bread was very dry, the Turkey was regular deli Turkey. I know you might be like okay, what’s the problem? Lol I expected (which could be my own fault) shaved/carved Turkey. I wanted soup as it was a cold day but they didn't have soup so I opted for the half Caesar salad. It was alright. I've also heard great things about the breakfast potatoes so I ordered them.. ehh.. for the ratings I've heard I'd think there were at least onions if not green peppers and onions. A coworker got the potato cake which looked good so I will return but I will get an entirely different menu item. Breakfast will be first on my list, the cafe drinks then the burger and even the crab cake sandwich....
Read moreI found the employees there to be courteous, helpful, and fast. I had a healthy beet hummus wrap which was kinda lame. More wrap than filling. Nowhere near as good as a spinach feta veggie wrap from Wawa which is around $6 compared to the one at jojacks which is $12 I also had a decaf. I have to drink it for health reasons. I've gotten it at Starbucks, Royal Farms, Knott's, and now Jojacks, and this one was third after Starbucks and then Knott's. You could tell it wasn't gas station coffee but it was kinda bland and non automatic. My kid had a pancake and hash browns and he said both were good. He said the hash brown tasted like potato, which means it didn't taste like oil, which is great. He also liked his latte which was the Irishman in Paris and he said it was great. It's a cute establishment and I'm glad it's there. That area kinda sucks. They need something cool. It reminds me a little of the food at Peter's Ten Top in ghent or formally in ghent, I haven't looked in a long time, but with seating and espresso. There's not enough range in the pricing. The blackened tuna or whatever it was called was too close to the mushroom burger, because good tuna is significantly more expensive than mushrooms from Sysco, and the bun is presumably the same bun. It's a little confusing. Our bill was $33. Three Stars. Oh, there was old potato or bacon (The waitress said potato but it looked like bacon to me) hitched a ride on my wrap, so not sure how clean the kitchen is. The toilet seat was hairl with per on it two, but there was a three top beside us with two teenagers so it was probably them. Also dried soda stains on the hutch below the soda machine. I...

I was referred to this place but, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the recommendation. The service was poor, and when I encountered an issue, they refused to offer a refund or take accountability.
I ordered the savory and herb pancakes, expecting a balanced and enjoyable dish. Instead, they were overly salty and practically inedible. When I called to address the issue, the gentleman I spoke to was unprofessional, dismissive, and argumentative. He insisted they don’t give refunds and showed no interest in resolving my concern.
I decided to visit the location in person to discuss the matter with the owner, but the experience wasn’t any better. The owner was equally nonchalant, even trying to lecture me on the definition of “savory” instead of acknowledging the problem. Savory doesn’t mean inedible! It suppose to have flavor not just salty.
If you’re trying this place for the first time, be aware that if you don’t like your food, their response may be to argue instead of making it right. To me, it wasn’t worth it. Save your money and consider other options. They only offered a gift card after I came back for rudely being dismissed to save face. I would never return to this place. Looks and reviews are definitely deceiving. I gave your gift card to the homeless, but I still advised not to order salty...
