This place was hard to find because the only signage was on the glass doors and it was plastered with posters for Halloween advertisements. Itâs next door to Sea Salt Pho & Sushi. Plenty of parking in the plaza.
I got the fall special for my mom. The pumpkin cloud cream cold brew. Sheâs used to Starbucks cold brew and was shocked how this wasnât overly sweet (which was a good thing) and how it had so much boldness. It had the right amount of pumpkin kick to it.
Iâm a honey lavender latte kind a girl but have yet to order that here or the RB location. I seem to be ordering the wrong thing. I took a risk ordering something completely different. Got the spicy gimme so mocha. Itâs chocolate with espresso and Boydâs hot sauce. At first sip, it had that rich and creamy coffee then once you swallow, youâre left with a spicy after taste. For sure not for everyone. I love it minus the spicy. After a few sips, I was over this drink when I could see the oil dripping down inside the walls of the cup, as if Iâm drinking chili oil. I wouldnât recommend drinking this on an...
Read moreI love the Filipino-inspired coffee flavors! The barista ringing us up (I wish I got his name!) was very nice, helpful, and patient. I kept asking for the Bibingka Creme BrĂ»lĂ©e Latte and the Creme BrĂ»lĂ©e Latte ICED and he reminded me both times that theyâre only served hot. Thereâs clear text at the top of the menu that these drinks are only served hot (due to the way they torch the sugar) and I didnât see it haha! So thank you for being patient with me :D
He offered that he could make me an iced latte with Bibingka cream but instead, I opted for the Iced Campfire Latte ($6.35) and it was delicious! My husband got the Creme Brûlée Latte ($6.35) and my sister-in-law ordered the Iced Chagaccino ($6.75). They are all so good and tasty.
The place itself is very bright, trendy, and clean. They have a few tables inside for 2-3 people and there are a good amount of benches and tables outside.
5 stars for this location, service, and coffee. Iâd love to try out other...
Read moreIn terms of atmosphere and decor, itâs a very cute shop. However I have found their coffee/drinks to be overpriced and not very good. They also regularly have events, taking the entire public outdoor space near their 4S location and have loud music that can be heard in nearby homes. We have regularly asked if the sound can be lowered so that it does not impact those nearby. They also had a period of weeks where they had movie nights (that you had to pay to attend) in a public space near their location and had loud music then movie sound. I understand that this can be fun and at their other location (not near homes) I think it makes sense, but when you have a dog and young children the addition of this coffee shop and their âfamily friendlyâ events have...
