We stopped by The Gravy Train for their soft opening and it did not disappoint! I had The Conductor, and the biscuits and gravy were absolutely phenomenal — melt-in-your-mouth biscuits smothered in perfectly seasoned gravy. The home fries were cooked to perfection — crispy on the outside and tender inside.
My kids ordered The Lil Pancake, and they ate every single bite (which never happens!). The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and even though there was a bit of a wait while they worked through their new concept, it was well worth it.
