The venue is very pretty I’ll be honest! But I don’t think I’ll ever recommend this place to anyone! I texted Laura multiple times trying to ask questions in regards to my contract and she somehow didn’t receive 6 texts messages. When I called the office and tried to ask her a question I stated “I’m sorry I’m at work and I can’t get to the contract but I’m on lunch” and she replied with “well I don’t know, I’m at work as well, you’ll just have to look at the contract”. Well- maybe you should hire a receptionist just for the venue since apparently your clients aren’t important enough to get the questions answered! She was always rude and very hard to work it! We accidentally dropped a envelope and we made plans for me to pick the check up at her office and she ends up leaving it at home and having me follow her back to her house to get the envelope. And we were responsible to take out the trash- I’ve had multiple venues where they take the trash out for you. Maybe, it was just me but I will never recommend...

I am not giving the venue this rating ( I'm being fair). I am giving this rating to the organization of the staff that book this venue. I'm a Maid of Honor and I was in the last stages of booking for a bridal shower. I am about to meet the coordinator to pay my deposit and then she proceeds to tell me that we can't book for that Saturday date because those dates are reserved for weddings per the Owner.FYI I have been in numerous emails with this coordinatinator about alternate Saturday dates ( she could have informed me then). I am guessing her and her TEAM did not communicate in the weeks we have talked? I am aware that venues hold Saturday dates for bigger events! Those organized venues usually know! Now I have no venue! If this were a Patient of ours and My team made a mistake. I would honor what was told, especially if they are paying! I was even willing to pay a little extra! Beautiful place horrible communication with the owner. I got married here and on 2 occasions she almost made my maid of honor scream. First she informed us we could decorate the night before the wedding. So we did made it easier then the day of the wedding her husband apparently went in there and said he was appalled at the fact it was already decorated. Then she locked my wedding dress in a room and I couldn't find the key to get to get it out till my maid of honor called and had her tell her where it was. she was nothing but rude and I would never suggest this...
