Edit to the response: Euro Delights Market & Cafe recently started carrying Potcke bagels, so maybe they changed their policy?

Knoxville has no shortage of coffee shops, but we only have a few I'll revisit and this is one of them.

Why? Because the iced latte doesn't taste like flavored milk. The roasted beans strongly, yet smoothly, shine through, and I can order a 20 ounce for about the same price as 16 ounces elsewhere. Yes, please! (If you're not a sweet tooth person, ask for less flavor pumps. The white lightning wasn't syrupy sweet, but next time I'll try just a touch of sweet.)

How could they reach five 🌟 in .5 seconds? Support another local business... Potchke, and buy bagels from them instead of shipping them in. I happily drive across town to get their bagel/bially because it's the best I've had in my life, which is saying a lot. I wouldn't be inclined to reorder one here not because it was bad, it just wasn't fabulous to me. (Also, a chive cream cheese, or a bacon cream cheese would push it over the top.)

The vibe of this coffee shop is unique to our area, and I really appreciate the character and decor. I will absolutely go again and if you love a great coffee bean, check them out! I’m thrilled to see something besides Starbucks and Scooters...

Went an hour after they opened and they were out of the bagel I wanted, I chose a different bagel to then be told they were out of all flavors of cream cheese except plain. That’s fine, I’ll take plain cream cheese. We waited 10 minutes in the drive through and another person came to the window and asked what we were waiting on, told them a bagel with cream cheese. They then call out everything bagel and gave it to a person inside and then came back to the window to say they were out of the everything bagel now. They then ask what I would like instead, I requested a refund, she huffed and rolled her eyes and got a manager (I assume). They then say they can’t process the refund, so do we want cash instead? Okay fine. Keep in mind we went ONE hour after opening. Unsure how you are out of all food at that time. I know they are newer so hopefully things smooth out for them soon. Coffee was just...

Ordered the seasonal White Pumpkin Bliss and a coffee cake muffin, but they were out of the muffin, so I ended up with a chocolate chip muffin. Latte was pretty good, but had a strange fruity taste. Muffin is about what you’d expect for a small coffee shop. If in the Knoxville area, it can’t hold a candle to Fable Hollow or Warehouse, but it’s way better than a gas station one. Drink got worse as I kept going - didn’t finish it.

Atmosphere may be different at peak or even just morning time. At 1pm this day, there were a bunch of country old people that continued to stare at everyone and were fairly uncomfortable. The staff was pretty friendly but seemed to have a hard time understanding my words.
