McDonald's — Restaurant in Prairie du Chien

Well, the frappy and ice cream machines broke every day on second shift. That's broke on the weekends. I get stuff break Stone, vote me and my wife are literally in the last 3 weeks, 9 times the machines broke down. 9 times in 3 weeks, that frapping machine's been broken. Whatever McDonald's uses for the ingredients for the frappary and ice cream. So bad for you They basically poison the machines might as well.Just stay broken.You guys are too lazy to turn them on and clean them out. And to prove that McDonald's is poisoning us try to order a kids menu, let's see you have a 5-year-old try to order a kid's menu and get a small soda. They refused to give a child a small soda. They will fight you at the window before they give you a small soda. I don't want my kid to have that much. Soda. I don't want them to have a medium soda. Why can't I have an option to at least try to go? The healthiest road at McDonald's, instead of blatantly just force-feeding us all that processed sugar just want to punch every employee. Every time they tell me, I can't have a small soda...

They were pulling so many cars ahead that we had to pull onto the street. There was only one car behind us. Seemed to be extremely unorganized as the lady said to pull ahead, once I asked her where should we go, the look of disgust and confusion hit her face. Once she figured that out she was extremely rude. Then we receive our food... of course everything is not in the bag. It seems like the attention span of the employees here gives off an attitude of not caring. So disappointed in the service and quality of food that this McDonalds location offered. My wife and I will be doing everything in our power to avoid having to go here ever again and I reccomend to anyone reading this that you do the same. It seemed like a huge inconvenience to them when we had to stop back in and ask them to supply us with the food items that they missed. Unprofessional and demeaning. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, and a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. I got a bacon egg and cheese, ok. However the 2 sausage egg and cheese came out without sausage and cheese. When I asked if I could get sausage and cheese on my sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle? I was informed that that would cost extra. ???what??? I said, No, I ordered with and got them without. The kid said it is an extra charge for extra items. I then decided that I needed to speak to someone who had half a brain and asked for the manager. The guy that came out from the back looked younger than the first kid, but he was able to comprehend what the problem was and fixed it for me. I have not been to a Mc Donalds in many years, and with this visit, I will not be going to one again in another long period of time. Would have given a zero star review if it...
