I have been to this business twice and both times I have been dissatisfied with the service. The language barrier is part of the problem. Both times I requested something specific and the employee just looked at me blankly and carried on without fulfilling my request. My last visit was extra frustrating as the employee seemed as though he was in a race. I went with a friend; we started our pedicure at the same time. Her gal took time to smooth the rough spots and massage her calves. I told my guy that I wanted that too…no dice. He just continued with rushing through finishing my nails. I was done almost 10 minutes before my friend. And there was only one other customer in the shop so it wasn’t busy. When I went to pay, the manager asked if I was pleased. I said no and explained why. He never apologized or offered to correct the issue or offer a discount. Also, FYI, when they ask if you’d like something to drink, it is not complimentary. They never inform you there will be a charge....

I had an appointment for a pedicure the first time and waited 30 minutes for someone to finally begin. The second time (12/30/2021)I had an appt for both pedicure and manicure, and was waited on by the bigger guy who had no idea what he was doing. For the pedicure he was using the pemice stone on the top of the foot which was very painful. When cutting the cuticle he clipped some of my live skin which became very inflamed and tender. Lastly when it came to my manicure, he he had no idea what he was doing. I asked for square shape which he just cut the top of my nail with the clippers and didn't file into a pretty square shape. He just left the blunt edges and it looked absolutely awful. Also the main guy who runs the place was arguing with a customer as I was paying and ready to leave. From. What I understood he didn't get what the customer was asking for and was getting extremely defensive. Will not recommend this place to anyone, it...

Prices are normal/standard and the people are great. The staff members who don't speak English are courteous, and the ones who do speak English well are talkative and very helpful. I got a fill for acrylic and asked for round instead of square I came in with, and this is maybe the best manicure I have ever had. The guy who did my nails really took a lot of time to make sure it was done right, even going back and correcting mistakes a few times. He also double checked the space around the cuticles so they won't lift. This is definitely my favorite manicure. The nails feel strong and they are very thin and even. He did not rush me out from under the drier so the polish fully hardened with no chips when I left, I think they even used a better topcoat than most places. I would highly recommend him...
