Jim's Razorback Pizza — Restaurant in Prairie Grove

Years ago I used to love coming here but moved away. I even worked here for a short while. I moved back and the service has gone down hill. Three times I have been in here and all three times it was not busy and they took about 10-15 minutes just to greet me after I sat down. But because the food was still good, I shrugged it off. Today was horrible. They took 15 minutes to greet us and after 30 minutes of waiting for my pizza after ordering I asked if I could just cancel my order and leave. This is a 45 minute total wait so far. She stated they just pulled it out of the oven so I waited. I was with two young hungry kids and my sister. Then we get the pizza and it is undercooked, soggy and messy. The toppings slid right off and it was super soggy. This is a thin crust pizza so no excuse for the undercook. I can only imagine they rushed it out since I was wanting to cancel my order. I waited for the waitress but she never came back to our table so I instead sought another waitress out. They did charge us the $19 for the two salad bars and drinks but removed the pizza. They had an attitude doing so and made it to where I will no longer come into this...

I bought a large chef salad w/ ranch and some wings. I purchased a large ranch dressing since the small that comes with the salad isn't enough for the large salad. They insisted the small ranch that came with the salad was all I got. I showed them the online order showing where I purchased a large for $1.40 and the lady in the kitchen yelled to the server "just give it to her". Well duh, I paid for it, so it's not like I'm getting over on y'all. I decided to look in the salad container to make sure there wasn't a ranch hidden under the lettuce and unfortunately I didn't make it that far, there was a long brown hair on top of the salad. Yuck. I gave it back and of course the lady in the kitchen got an attitude. She may not mind hair in her food, but I do. Horrible service.Will not eat here again. We called in an order, one XL pizza around 8:20ish, the girl I spoke with on the phone was already very short with me. I sent my boyfriend in to get the pizza and pay because I’m genuinely exhausted, I don’t have the energy for bad attitudes today. When he went in she was very short with her sentences as well, kept rolling her eyes. We’d ordered Marinara sauce which was forgot(it happens, not even mad about it) but luckily we’d not left yet. He goes back in, she’s sitting with her boyfriend and rolls her eyes at him again. She was blonde shorter hair and had braces.
