Overall it was good. The roast beef sundae is shredded beef in gravy mixed with mashed potatoes and topped sweet corn. It was a little too salty and had a little sweetness from the corn. I also had the Southwest Eggrolls. They were skinny and not enough stuffing to balance the wrap to stuffing ratio. Would be better if they were stuffed more or shorter and fatter eggrolls. My parents thought the nacho cheese was too spicy for their cheese fries. The roast beef po-boy was a little salty and spicy for them. They thought it was also a little skimpy on the meat. I found the spiciness fine nothing was too spicy. We were waiting a long time for our order due to a fryer issue so they offered us free Snoballs for the wait. They were decent. A little dry at first better enough syrup to make it juicy. The customer service was very good. I like the fact that everything is made to order which does take a little time but, at the same time everything is fresh. This location just opened about a week or so ago. First timers….We were actually excited to try this place and at first sight couldn’t believe all they offered! But after waiting over 30 min for just 4 small sno cones I’m not sure we will be back. People behind us were getting served before us as we continued to sit there waiting for just 4 small sno cones. Once we got the sno cones, they were messy and sticky all over. We chose to go with the extra drop cups as we thought that was convenient and helpful especially with our children, but it was like somehow that meant they could just make a complete mess of the sno cones and throw syrup all over. The drip cups were literally already full when we received the cups. It was just very frustrating. The sno weren’t bad but did seem a little watered down almost-overall they were ok. I will say the young man who brought our sno cones to the window (wearing a blue green tie dye shirt, short but flowy brown hair) was very well mannered...

Great customer service. Area around building is very clean. Line was not long but wait was super long. I like that there is a menu before you get to the speaker to order and a menu when you get to the speak. Tons of items to choose from. I ordered 2 snowballs and a strawberry cheesecake sundae. Sundae was very good would definitely recommend. Now to the snowballs: the ice was super hard felt like I was crunching on sonic ice after I finish my drink, as the young lady was fixing the snowball the syrup just slid down the ice did not stick to the ice like it’s supposed to. Syrup had no flavor. I was not the only person that had the snowball experience, definitely would not recommend the snowballs.
