Arried at this McDonalds with a mobile order for drive thru and 6:35pm and didn’t complete my pickup for a total of 30 minutes. When I pulled to the speaker, they did not have my order apparently, “wasn’t showing on their screen”. But when I pulled to the first window I was prompted that I needed to pay even though I had already online. At the second window I received a small Hi-C and and large coke. (this wasn’t noticed til I was home) But I ordered a Large Dr. Pepper and Large Hi-C. At the third window I was given my food, as one of my fries were not the correct size, I just pulled off to not have to deal with them anymore. But after I pulled completely out of the parking lot I had to drive down airline make a U-turn, go back to Germany then yett again make another U-turn on Germany to get back because I was not given my 2 shakes. My sister walked inside with another woman who was doordashing, who also was having troubles with her orders not being done in a timely fashion as doordash requires for the drivers. Anyways, they try to give my sister the two shakes that were premade, after already standing there 10 minutes without being acknowledged. They were completely melted, she did not take them and waited for new ones. The “manager” who snatched the drinks from the counter truly needs a evaluation. The employees asking to go on breaks and to the bathroom when my sister and doordash lady needed help. I would recommend going down airline to the Gonzales Location. Read moreMy mom has an accent when she speaks English because she’s Vietnamese. I was on the phone with her when she was in the drive thru. She ordered 2 large fries, a happy meal, and a 20ct chicken nuggets. The lady rang it in as a 10ct. My mom then explained that she ordered a 20ct not a 10ct, and then asked for her 20ct (so just give her another box of a 10ct) and she’ll pay the difference. The lady said it will be $25. My mom then wondered how a 10ct is $25. The employee explained how “prices went up”… but she just paid for a 10ct for way less than $25… so how is it all of a sudden the prices went up? My mom was getting frustrated because the lady isn’t understanding her, so she just paid the $25 for the 10ct when she already had another 10ct that she paid for. The lady also did not give my mom her receipt. My mom left the Mcdonald’s paying over $25 for a 20ct. So, not only did they stole from my immigrant mom and completely took advantage over the fact she didn’t speak English well, they don’t know how to count either. 10 + 10 = 20 if you didn’t know that. So, if she already has a 10ct that she paid for…. and she wanted a 20ct…. you give her another 10ct and have her pay that....
Read moreSo when I arrived at the Prairieville McDonald's it was wrapped around the building I decided to order via the mobile app and just parked and have him bring it out to the curb for me well then I had an issue with the app where my order didn't go through and that's fine but the service I got when I stepped inside they were like very put out because they're dining room is closed and I had found the only open door into the building and then while I waited for about 10 minutes for my food the fries I got were cold stale and awful and my quarter pounder with cheese was lukewarm at best not to mention they were all standing around in a huddle inside while the building had cars wrapped around to try and decide who is going to do what and what was a priority when there were customers to be served food that needed to be prepped cooked and heated properly I was just very disappointed with the service if anyone with the Valuzzo's McDonald's or whomever owns the Prairieville McDonald's wants to reach out feel free send me a message or send me a reply here and...
