Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pratt

Strictly a drive through experience AND not one of the best ones recently. Carhops seem untrained on how to greet customers throughout their various encounters from start to finish, they seem to rarely smile genuinely and seem nervous if something has to be sent back. Requested sauces were not included in to go order. The new Blast / ice cream candy choices are AWFUL, going the cheap route versus the fan favorite route to save a few cents, that, by the way, I am willing to pay a few cents more per Blast or shake, for better options/choices on the menu. This choice lost this particular Sonic a lot of ice cream business from this family and others i know. We will go back to Baskin Robbins where choices are plentiful. Overall, this visit and the last few have been disappointing regarding attitudes of employees in general. Knowing teens who have worked or still work at Sonics here, in Texas and Oklahoma, I am just not sure why this one's employees seem untrained and unhappy... one last request, I would love to see the chicken fried steak sandwich added to the menu here, it would...

As of December 2023 nothing has changed still a bunch of lazy bums who now can't even take a order this place is going down hill fast.

Here lately service has been horrible (and it's not covids fault) 4 different times I've ordered the same thing with added jalapenos and every time nothing. It'll say it on the screen, sticker on the wrapper yet nothing. Is it really that hard not once but 4 damn times. Not to mention rushing those ordering in the stalls, but they sure take their sweet time bringing it out. A few times I've been cut off while still needing to add on items. On top of having to repeat yourself to the point of yelling into the speaker "huh what" clean your damn ears out. In 10 minutes I had 3 different employees bring me someone else's order not knowing where to go makes you wonder how many hands have touched your food before they finally brought it to the right person/stall. I thought I'd never say this, but Kingman's Sonic has been giving better service and that says a lot as it's usually poopoo...

I generally only order shakes and slushes at sonic due to the quality of the food. The service is slow even if I'm ordering something quite simple and have a small order. I've received multiple coupons from carhops because my food took so long. They were apologetic, but it happens way too much. There are some items on the menu that are good though. I like the shakes, slushes, ice cream, and get wings every now and then. I have to tell them to put extra sauce on the wings because they seem to just drizzle them on instead of dip them in sauce.
