Does a great BBQ place really need atmosphere? The only atmosphere necessary at a great BBQ place is the wonderful smell of bbq’d meats. And Trinity has that.

I asked if I could just get two or three ribs to go. She knew I was in a hurry and quickly got an order…literally in 60 seconds. They were so busy, but stopped helped me out. The staff was very friendly and Scott came introduce himself to everyone and asked if we were enjoying our meals. The portions could've been a little more but you definitely would leave satisfied and not stuffed! The ribs are a must try! I recommend others to try this...

It was amazing. Plus it is the only place in town I could find sweet tea. Will definitely be eating here a lot while in town. Super friendly and prompt service...
