Do not order food from this Dominos location. As a former employee I can attest to the unsettlingly low standards management has for cleanliness and customer care. For several months there was not and may still not be a doorstop to the back leaving an entire inch of the door exposed so that cockroaches and other pests could crawl around by the dozens. Theyâd hang out right at the opening often finding their way into the store. We would regularly see them crawling around the cut table where pizzas are placed before they go home with you. I lost count of the number of RIP roaches Iâd sweep up at the end of every night. Yes, they do have some pest control measures in place but when the bottom of the door is MIA and nothing stops the pests from going for the pizzas⌠poison doesnât really do its job⌠similarly to the management. The dish water is also rarely changed and most containers your food is kept in are poorly sanitized and left with residue from the days and weeks before. The screens that your pizza is cooked on sit in filth or on the floor most of the time. The delivery drivers will intentionally delay or inconvenience you if you do not tip them. The managers know this and are fine with this. If anything they actively encourage and laugh about it. The first driver to tell me about how theyâd punish customers for not tipping was also a manager. You should have seen how he boasted about the levels of petty heâd stoop to over not getting a tip. I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism and hostility of the senior staff but thatâs not about the food⌠although it will effect your service. But is the food good at least? No. Dominos may as well be giving out plastic pizzas. They ship the dough in from some factory hours away every week and itâs barely food grade material and appears heavily bleached. Your twists are made with unwashed hands on an often unclean table that people keep their drinks, food, and personal belongings on. The amount of toppings is a joke and the management intentionally stiffs customers by underweighting items so that they can get bonuses by showing less losses on food waste at the end of every quarter. On top of the store being disgusting the building itself is decrepit. Theyâre very aware itâs not an environment to be making food in so they're in the process of scouting other locations with active plans to open two new sites to close this one. In the meantime that doesnât change the fact your food is being made in an environment you wouldnât want to inspect yourself. They always know in advance about inspections so for a few weeks every so often theyâll do things properly, maybe youâll get lucky and come in during one of those times⌠But truly I just wouldnât chance it. Yes Iâm a bitter former employee but Iâm bitter for good reasons. Save yourself the upset stomach & disappointment and treat yourself to a pizza from another local shop that puts real effort, genuine care, and top shelf ingredients into the pizzas they serve. You deserve better...
Read moreI ordered a pizza online at midnight and was awaiting my order. About an hour went by and I took a look at the tracker app....it said it was on its way.....then 2 mins later the app shows the pizza was already delivered. I waited 10-15 mins...no pizza so I called. Brody answers the phone...
"Domino's sorry we're closed" then abruptly hangs up. I call back...and very nicely say "I just ordered a pizza and was checking the status...â
Brody then responds with "Well my driver is out on 6 deliveries because everybody wanted to order right before close so..."
Then I explained to him that I ordered an hour ago online and I was just making sure it was on its way because of the text I received saying it was already here.
Then he said "You know it's after 1am so I really don't HAVE to pick up the phone"
I wasn't concerned about the time Brody...I just wanted to confirm my online order wasn't delivered to the wrong location given the conflicting message I received on my tracker app. Wouldn't you bro?
Oh and news flash Brody...you ARE working a pizza place on a FRIDAY night!! When it's the only thing that delivers and is even open what did you expect?!?! It's called business and soooo sorry we made you answer the phone.
I would like to compliment Ryan who delivered my pizza. He was friendly and patiently heard out my concerns. He's the one on the front lines.... not hiding behind a phone acting like he's doing us all favors by answering the phone.
I bet Brody is probably the...
Read moreCalled and scheduled a delivery via Uber Eats between 10 and 11 Yesterday morning. Delivery was supposed to arrive between 445 and 5:15 pm. Had been working 24 hours a day for seven days so fell asleep in front of the TV. I had set an alarm to receive the delivery and when I woke up Dominoâs had cancelled my order during the delivery window. I called Dominoâs and they indicated that they could not see Uber eats Orders and there was nothing they could do to help me (I had purchased a gift card for Uber eats) And she told me that she was hanging up. No explanation as to why my order was cancelled. No apology no nothing.
I contacted Uber Eats customer support and they told me that Dominoâs had cancelled my order and the reason was they were unable to deliver to my address. I live less than five minutes down the road. I have had multiple deliveries from this dominoes in the past. Which means somebody is lying. And I am tired of Shipping companies (And now delivery apparently) not doing their job and then blaming the customer. There was no reason whatsoever to not deliver my food last night.
So no dinner for me. And both companies too busy pointing the finger at each other than to help the customer who did everything right, Ordered in advance, Paid for the food /delivery and ended up with nothing to show for it. And happy...
