Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Prescott

We stopped by for a treat and they delivered.

One of my favorites is a cherry freeze. It's not on the menu but they make it for you if you ask for it. It's a cherry slush with ice cream mixed in. YUMMY!

The tables were clean an the store (inside of that gas station) was clean.

They were busy for a Friday afternoon but there wasn't a lot of people working. There seemed to be 3 people there but only one was working so the line was long and the wait was much longer than was needed. My opinion as a manager is the every employee is in the trenches until there is not one customer in line, the rest can wait.

The lack of attentiveness by the employees was evidenced when someone who had waited at the drive through came in frustrated asking if anyone was manning the drive through because they had waited and waited without anyone taking their order. If that wasn't bad enough the one guy only answered that yes someone was on the drive through without alerting them that they had a customer.

Other than our long wait in line, our experience wasn't bad. But I would guess the lady at the drive through just left. She definitely didn't have a...

So I just recently stopped by on the way home to grab a couple blizzards and a small chocolate sundae for the little man.. well this time, for once, the service was incredibly fast!! But that was the only good thing about it. I ordered a Royal Oreo Blizzard with the fudge funnel! I got home and ate down to the funnel to find out the chocolate fudge that runs almost the entire length of my blizzard was SPOILED. It literally made my tongue tingle and was extremely sour!!

We called and wanted to let them know that their fudge was definitely spoiled and needed to be changed so this is what it sounded like.

Her: "Dairy Queen this is * how may I help you?" Me: "Hi! How are you? I wanted to call and let you guys know the fudge you the put inside the Royal Oreo Blizzard is SPOILED." (I truly didn't want anyone else to experience this and truly was hoping I would at least get it replaced. Not really looking for free stuff but at least a quality blizzard that I PAID FOR) Her: "Okay, thanks for letting us know, we'll change it. Bye!" Click. Me: ??

Wish I could put ZERO stars. I will NOT be visiting here any more. Terrible...

Wish there was another Dairy Queen. Messed up my order twice and third tasted like plastic. First they made the wrong one, then they made a Oreo ice cream with vanilla even tho I said chocolate twice. The third one tasted like plastic and was disgusting. The man at the window dirty blonde guy w acne was horrible, I asked him u just put brownies and Oreos right? Because I ordered a custom, he just snobbed and threw it away before I said it would be fine I’ll just take it. They made the other in a few seconds so no wonder it wasn’t good. The other we watched him make but the ingredients just are bad. The only good thing was the fries and ranch and the m&m blizzard probably because it’s simple. The other dq is in the mall and I’d drive there just for better service and food. Don’t waste your time or money here, there’s way better and...
