The pizza is fine. Only slightly better than chain restaurants. But the experience we had tonight was enough to never go back. We ordered two large pizzas. One with pepperoni and sausage and one with cheese. After waiting over 40 minutes for our pizza I finally got them and took them home only to discover that they had made both as pepperoni and sausage. No big deal mistakes happen, turned around and went back. Now here’s where my problem is. I would’ve been fine with a “our bad” and a fixing of the pizza. Instead the guy tried to argue with me that I ordered my pizzas like that and then even showed me the online print off as “proof” where it clearly says quantity 1 for pepperoni and sausage and an additional large with red sauce. After I explained that the other pizza was supposed to have no toppings but cheese which is why it only lists the sauce he then blames the app that they tell you to use on their website and then agreed to make me a new pizza. Never once did I get an apology and even while the pizza was cooking he blamed it on me not picking toppings for the second pizza. I get that mistakes happen with orders but to try and blame it on the customer even when it’s clearly an issue between you and the app you rely on is bad...

At first I thought something else made her sick so thought nothing of eating the wings Monday, but now we are both laid up and had to call in sick to work for two days. I left a voicemail but was not called back. When I called again the next day and asked for a manager, we could hear two people talking in the background saying "tell him the manager isn't here" then the manager took the call. She blaimed Noravirus for us being sick, refusing to accept that there was even a chance that it was food poisoning from the wings because they have new refrigerators and win awards. She stated they never check their voicemails and that the review comments come from a third party, then said that she answers every Google maps comment. She offered us a refund "FOR JUST THE WINGS" as she put it, how insulting. I would stay away, and we'll never be back...
