Quality and quantity have dropped significantly! When a customer pays $7 for a chicken fajita pita they expect to actually have chicken as the main ingredient not shredded lettuce, tomato and cheese. Very expensive veggie pita. I understand the cost of everything has gone up. But what I don't understand is how the quality & quantity of your menus has to drop as well. Along with raised menus prices! The chicken fajita pita (I'm very familiar with, have been ordering it for the past 10+ years. At least once a week.) Consist of a full chicken breast patty (full as in the same you get on a chicken sandwich) cut into slices then put inside the pita with lettuce tomato cheese. (I always order without the onions) However over the past few months, I have ordered the pita and there's only 2 slices of chicken in it. 1/4 of the chicken patty instead of the whole chicken patty! Not only have the prices increased, the products main ingredient decreased! This item should now be called the 'Veggie Fajita Pita with a tiny bit of chicken" otherwise I feel it's false advertising displaying it as "CHICKEN fajita pita" leading one to believe that chicken is the main part of the meal, which it no longer is. Very disappointed. Won't be going...
Read moreOrdered a munchies meal with an ultimate cheeseburger specifically without sauce. No mayo, no mustard,no ketchup when I got my meal I ate my onion rings , and started to eat my burger to discover it had ALL of the above! I took it to the counter where I said to the woman at the counter I ordered this without sauce ..it has all three to which she said oh you ate it everything else and decide NOW the burger is wrong?? I said no and plopped the burger on the counter I just want my burger made right! She then accused me of throwing food at her!! It was a complete and total over reaction by the apparent MANAGER!! When I asked for corporate number the staff refused said it was on the receipt!! This whole situation could have been avoided had management been trained in customer service!! I don't get to Prescott often and this was suppose to be a treat but ended up being an attack!! Definitely not a good representation of Jack...
Read moreI found a Jack in the Box that compares to San Diego. San Diego is where the first Jack in the Box was opened. I have been going to it since I was a kid. Now that I have a busy schedule I figured I might give the Prescott Jack a chance and I ordered a Spicy Chicken meal with Jalapeno poppers. First of all,. I am a quality over quantity person. Well, this Jack in the Box has met my standards for both every time I have been there. The tomatoes were fresh, good color, great taste, you could taste the lettuce, the tomato slice, the chicken, even the wheat in the bun, all individually. I love that. I love when I bite into something and I can taste every individual flavor. And for those of you with no empathy whatsoever, I'm here to remind you, it's ok to wait a few minutes at the window. Don't complain, that means your food is fresh and they just started making it. You have a customer for life. Keep up...
