First it was extremely hot in the restaurant. It's 105°, and was probably close to 85° in the dining area. Next, we were told they don't take orders at the front, and we have to use the kiosk. Once we ordered at the kiosk, I stood up front for a 4-5 minutes to get someone's attention to get our drink cups. When the food finally came out, all of the items that had been customized were not marked. We went up front to get the receipt printed and find out who gets what. When we didn't know what the items were, we asked for someone to help us sort it out. The kid that came out looked stoned, and repeated the names of the items, like we should know what each one was by the color or the wrapper. After about 5 minutes of moving items between the 4 of us in my family, it was determined that there was missing items. When the tacos were opened up, the shells were all cracked and broken. My husband took one up to the front that was basically a pile of chips and meat. My son got anxiety from the whole situation and was unable to eat his meal. When we wanted to leave my son went to get a to-go bag, and again, couldn't get anyone to come up front. While we were there, a man tried using the kiosk, struggled with it and was unable to pay. He left the restaurant angry. We were also charged for avocado sauce. The parking lot is very poorly set up. I will not be back to the...
Read moregenuinely i had to take a few months before i could write this review in fact the only reason i am low-key writing this is because of how are you kidding me this whole experience was. My boyfriend and i were doing doordash at this time to make extra money when we came in to pick up an order it was a pretty reasonable staff like 5/6 people and there wasn't a whole bunch of people there at all. after about 15 minutes i asked how the order was going and i was told there were âstill working on itâ mind you this was about 20-25 bucks worth of taco bell not a whole lot. the staff let a line build up while one girl just sat there flirting with the incompetent guy at the register. my frustration really came when i watched them serve everyone BUT us including those who came after for about 50 minutes before we started to tell them to hurry up and after 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting in a taco bell with people openly breaking saftey standards (1. bot washing hands after cross contamination 2 not wearing any gloves while cooking, 3 touching forehead sweat) we got to leave still to date i think about this taco bell and how genuinely insane what i heard from the staff was shout out to the one order girl who clearly was trying to keep up from everyones mistakes i hope you sleep...
Read moreThe staff can be a little snobby, not too friendly. (Besides Kari, she's always kind and friendly and very helpful.) But I have to say it has improved over the past couple years though. The food however is definitely more accurate with the current staff as far as actually getting what you've ordered put in the bag.
I know this is a corporate thing and it's not the employees. There's hardly any meat at all in the taco's the past couple visits. I mean it's one thing to double the prices but to also cut half the main ingredient out of the item is absurd! We got home with our most recent visit and our tacos literally had maybe 2 tablespoons of ground beef on them. I took all of it back. Spending almost $40 on tacos and basically getting a lettuce cheese taco's acting as though the ground beef was the garnish is ridiculous!! Definitely wasn't happy at all. They did fix it though. With the increasing high gas prices again driving back and forth then again to get the offer fixed...
