Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Prescott

I went in, hoping to grab a QUICK breakfast. 9:35 am. Food delivered 10:05. Somewhere in there, a woman came out in street clothes and hollered that it was going to be a while as they had all the cars and 5 call-in orders. I stated to the guy that brought my food that they should let you know WHEN/BEFORE ordering that they are understaffed. He did not appreciate my comment, evidently. When I drove away and opened my bag, the breakfast burrito was tiny. Lukewarm tattertots...maybe 10. $9.95. I stopped and asked him if I got the kids or baby burrito. He did not appreciate that comment either. He was right. I called the cooperate number and was given a run around. I was going to get a refund and a call from the district manager......that day. Lolol. This may explain the decline of Sonic. The one in my little town not far from prescott is in the same shape. No workers. No food.

Update. Three weeks out. I've onlyreceived an email saying they're looking into it........3 weeks to address bad service. No phone calls. No refund. Is this what's wrong with Sonic...

A lot of menu items to make your selection. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, all-day breakfast sandwiches, as well as a few salads to choose from. They also have a wide variety of ice cream treats to choose from for dessert.

There are three Sonics in the Tri-city area. To my husband and I, this one ranks a close second place. We think the one in Chino Valley is just a little better. We can't figure out what it is about their food that is different. We think their bread might be grilled differently or maybe it's fresher - not that the Prescott location's isn't good, because it is.

We always enjoy a car hop on skates. There's something nostalgic about this at a drive-in. On our recent visit we had a great car hop. I wish I had her name, so I could give her a personal shout out. She was amazing on her roller skates, never stopped smiling, and came by two times to check on us after she'd delivered our food. Second time this week my order was wrong. I'm honestly surprised their system wasn't down as lately it seems to be down daily. I ordered a green chili cheeseburger. Got 2 buns and a patty. Literally that's it. I called over and over as I was already on my way home ooutside of town. Seemed as if someone was answering and hanging up on me. I decided to turn back around as I wasn't going to pay for a burger again that was missing everything. Last time I got lettuce, tomato, and a bun. No meat. Spoke with Zach who told me I must have taken it out. I told him your telling me I drove almost all the way to Skull Valley, turned back around drove all the way back to Sonic waisted my well over priced Biden gas and didn't take one bite of the burger just to make a false accusation. He told me there was nothing he could do. Another carhop came over and told me the same thing. Nothing they could do and didn't believe it.
