Hav A Craving — Restaurant in Prescott

I absolutely love this place. Ever since moving to Prescott, my bf and I have been looking for an authentic boba shop that tasted like the ones back home. We always drove down to Phoenix during the weekends for boba because nothing here quite measures up. This place is one of the best boba shops plus more! They have amazing gelato, great sweet treats for so many different dietary restrictions, and tons of different drinks and treats for everyone. I can’t even rate half the menu cause I’m slowly making my way across the board. Plus it’s the cutest little shop with a greet silk greenery photo op for all the insta foodies. Not to mention, everyone there is so sweet. My bf and I are always greeted with smiles and quick service. It never feels like we’re being rushed or forgotten. The only thing that I hate is that they’re open the same hours as where I work so I have to make sure I stop in whenever I have a day off but obviously that’s nothing against the business. My experience at Hav A Cravings was disappointing to say the least. We came into town specifically to order their Tiger Brown Sugar Boba, only to be told that the tea machine was out of water and the boba machine wasn't working. We were informed that it wouldn't be up and running for another 2 hours. It’s a 40 minute drive into town.

After this inconvenience, I decided to read the replies to reviews from the business and was shocked at how disrespectful they were in their responses. It's disappointing to see a business conduct themselves in such a manner, especially in a small town where word of mouth is crucial.

Unfortunately, due to this experience and the unprofessional behavior of the business, I will not be giving my money to Hav A Cravings in the future. We support kind and generous individuals who want to make a difference in...

I was just in there today, I look forward to the badger paws. Except they transferred ownership? And they were doing a "soft opening"? Well.... This place is a local favorite for many. Or at least was; literally the FIRST time I've EVER seen the parking lot completely EMPTY!! And to not have the "local specialty donut" because it's a "soft opening" is annoying. Don't know if I will be returning under the new ownership or not. I was extremely bummed. Good luck...
