Starbucks — Restaurant in Prescott

I have never asked an establishment for a refund or written a review in my entire life, but this place takes the cake for the worst service and most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen in my life. I live right next to this Starbucks, and have ordered from here 4-5 days a week for over a year now, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that more often than not my order is incorrect. If I had to estimate, on the low end I’ve spent $2000 at this Starbucks and over $1000 of that has been spent on incorrect or incomplete orders. I order the same drink every single day and pick it up on my way to work, and I’m usually not able to wait around for them to remake, or text back and forth with customer service for 20 minutes to get a refund. There is a female with colored hair here that is always rude and works very slow. My girlfriend and I have had a few interactions with her, and it seems like a few other reviewers have had run-ins with her as well. I mobile ordered 1 coffee, walked in 15 minutes later on my commute to work, and there was 4 people ahead of me also waiting for drinks, with another 3 in line. I waited around for 5 minutes but she was making 3 other people’s drinks and wasn’t in any rush. This place is always understaffed in the mornings so the baristas are often doing everything by themselves, however service does get pretty bad here even for having only 1 person. If I ask I’m told to wait till she gets the lines order. Not even joking she made a drink and took 3 peoples orders before she scooted my drinks over one time. And one time she didn’t even want to hand over my co workers drink because how could I possibly have two names and two separate mobile orders.
