Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Preston

This location has THE most amazing customer service I've experienced in a long time. We ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza with no green peppers. (They aren't an allergy, we just don't like them) Our pizza had green peppers on them, so I left a message when the survey popped up. The manager immediately called us back, apologized and gave us a credit! Now, the credit wasn't necessary, we aren't Karen's 😁, but I appreciated his contact. Dominos hired the right people to serve the Preston community!...

My husband ordered by phone, a pizza and chicken wings to be delivered to our house 1 block away. He paid for the order with a debit card. He was told it would take about 30 minutes. 55 minutes later he called again to find out where the order was. He was told it was accidently delivered to the wrong address and they would remake his order and comp him a 2 liter coke. 50 minutes later the delivery showed up and promptly dropped the soda out of the car. Not a good experience...

I love dominos but this branch has their heads elsewhere. Probably 6 months ago I ordered delivery. What was delivered was different than what I ordered.

This go round I got a pizza sent out that was still raw in the middle. They told me they'd send out a new one. The second one is also under cooked. The store manager told me I need to specify I want the pizza well done when ordering 'hand tossed pan style'.

Delivery driver had to call me twice to navigate...
