Subway — Restaurant in Preston

The customer service and the food was outstanding at this subway. The manager and the gentleman working sat night between 730 and 8 pm greeted me as soon as I walked up to the counter. They were very nice and professional if I could give them 10 stars I would. The subway in hurlock I would give minus a billion stars. I was the only customer at the counter. The woman completely disregarded me. Never spoke a word to me. No greeting no let me know when your ready. But she spoke to customer shopping in the convenience store part. And when these kids came up to the restaurant at subway ,mind you I am still standing at the counter waiting to order, she started talking to them. Then a young man came out from a room to the side walked right past me. Still no hello can I help you so I walked out and when to the next town over from where I live in hurlock to preston subway and got waited on a greeted right away. I have been in customer service for 38 years and I have never nor have any of my employees ignored a guest like I was ignored at your...

Update after giving my number for a call back manager never called at this point i will never return to this subway or gas station customer service is a real problem here......Ordered sub on app for pickup asked for extra tomato when got to store they were still making and I noticed there's only 2 slices on sub so a asked about my order and that it was extra not less she the insured me that the tomato is under the lettuce I found this odd but sure ok I went home and yup 2 tomato only called in so they could just make it right later but it was like pulling teeth asked for a manager and none there asked to have a store manager call and acted like the could not hear number.
