McDonald's — Restaurant in Price

Dec. 3, 2024 The night manager Dec. 3rd is so bad. She is rude, unsanitary and very unprofessional. She also ruined my night! All I wanted was to go visit my mother for a couple hours who was lonely and waiting for my visit at a nursing/ rehab center. I was going to grab something to take with me because I hadn't eaten all day. I had to take back a sandwich that was supposed to have two chicken patties on it. Instead, I was given a regular Big Mac instead of the chicken. I don't eat red meat. I do eat fish and chicken. Therefore, I did not take one bite out of the regular Big Mac sandwich and after my visit, I had to stop back at McDonald's to return the sandwich for the Chicken Big Mac that I ordered. When I got home I had a chicken patty and a beef patty. The beef patty on the bottom was the same beef patty from the first sandwich. The only thing that was different was there was one chicken patty replaced with the beef patty from the top of the sandwich. I would have expected a new sandwich with two chicken patties on it. She shoved it to me back out the window after taking the whole bag inside. Never once apologized for the mistake. In fact as I left the drive-thru I was the one that said thank you. She didn't say a word. (I thought she had gotten The replaced sandwich back to me pretty fast) I will never go back to that McDonald's again. I am so disgusted. I can't believe I paid for that sandwich and I can't believe the sandwich she gave me in return was the same one only with one little adjustment. I'm sure she just went back in, took the sandwich out of the bag, lifted the bun off the top, threw the hamburger patty off and put a chicken patty on it. When I got home the sandwich had a chicken patty on it and underneath it had the old hamburger patty that was already dried up. It was not hot, not warm, nothing completely cold. Shrinkflation has hit McDonald's hard. Not only have prices gone up between double or triple across the board, but even items that already have a massive profit margin: ie soda and French fries are seeing shrinflation, small sodas are half the size they used to be. McDonald's was the choice of millions because it was cheap. That's no longer the case and the food isn't good enough to be an equivalent value for just making your own food at home.

Every time I visit a McDonald's the restaurant is covered with trash and leftover food. The grounds are oily and greasy and smokey, it's clear that there is insufficient staff to both clean and serve customers.

Every single time I visit a McDonald's I'm asked to pull ahead in line so that they can hit their customer service productivity numbers, and they are constantly forgetting pieces of my order. It's clear that the customer is an afterthought to profit and that McDonald's is no longer training its staff adequately. McDonald's is no longer convenient, cheap, or easy, there is literally zero reason to visit micky d's over local ma and pa shop hamburger joints.

Review from October 2022 Service at this location is unacceptable. You are better off going somewhere else. Over the last six months service at this McDonalds location has had a drastic decline in quality. You used to be able to place mobile orders and go through the drive-thru and expect to get your food reasonably quickly and have it come out accurate and hot. That is not the case any more. Do not even think about placing a mobile order here. If they remember your order at all they will leave it on the counter until you go inside, wait in line, and ask for it, by then your (almost certainly incorrect) order will be cold. We have been trying to avoid the mobile order fiasco by going through the drive-through. It is extremely slow regardless of the time, but it almost completely stops anywhere near lunch or off-work time. Again, orders placed at the drive through are almost always incorrectly made. Overall food quality is inconsistent too. One day fries will have almost no salt at all, other times they will be standard.
