Last night 12-19-2024 I received the worst customer service experience ever. I want to start out saying I visit this McDonalds at least once a week and every now and then there is an item missing or something is messed up which is to be expect. But last night on my way home from work around 7:35pm I stopped by to get dinner for my family. When I get up to the drive thru speaker I could hear that the lady taking the orders were speaking to the man in the other line so I waited. When she finally answered for me to order our food I started telling her my order she kept stopping and it would go silent then she would come back saying is there anything else so I spoke up and said yes I have a few more orders as I began to speak she went silent again and then came back asking me is there anything else. So I started again we did this 5-6 times she then cut me off and told me to come to the first window I tried to tell her my order wasn’t complete but she never responded. Meanwhile the guy in the line next to waiting to order could hear our whole conversation and he lifted. I drove up a little and decided to go inside. I explained to the girl at the inside register(which was very nice) what had happened. She apologized and then began to take my order. Meanwhile the manager on duty was filling the bags with orders and handing them to the lady at the drive thru window she noticed I was ordering the same thing. I tried to tell her the lady on the speaker never let me complete my order. She really didn’t say anything to me. She just kept filling the orders and seemed Now with that said I’m not trying to get anything free. I just wanted to inform the store manager or owner that this was very unacceptable. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager the next morning but it just rang and rang no one picked up the phone. So this is why I am leaving a review. Again I don’t want anything free as a once a week customer I just would like to be treated better. I work in the customer service industry and I would never treat my customers this way. Read moreThis McDonalds has gone down hill recently. I ordered my breakfast at 10am on the app so I would be able to pick up my order and go before they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. I got to the store at 10:20 and got in line at drive thru. She pulled up my order at 10:29 and then told me to “hold up” and left me in drive thru for 10 minutes without saying another word. Finally I pulled up to the window and she was trying to tell me my order had been canceled and that if I couldn’t pull up my receipt then I wouldn’t get my food? After five minutes or her attitude and ignorance another worker walked up and asked her why she was doing all of that when my food was sitting in a bag ready to go. She said she wanted to see “why it had been cancelled before giving me my food.” Mind you, I had already told her these three little breakfast sandwiches were almost $17 freaking dollars and I showed a pic to prove this. The other worker handed me my food and it pissed her off so she told me I’d have to “go back get in line to add on the cheeseburger” that I had ordered on drive thru when she left me there without a word. I asked if she was serious because there were STILL no other cars in the drive thru. I can understand if someone is new and ignorant but this wasn’t about simple ignorance. She was hateful and rude and did everything she could to make sure I didn’t get the food I’d paid for. Read moreWent at almost 6 pm tried to use the drive thru but no one answered. One of the other customers came back around and notified a couple would be customers and myself that the drive thru person had quit and they couldn’t figure out how to work the drive thru speaker. So I opted to go inside and order on the kiosk. I guess while I was waiting for my order they figured out the drive thru because they then prioritized the drive thru over the orders that had already been put in. 40 mins later every person that came in after me had gotten their order of course after having to wait themselves. I asked what was the hold up on my order, 3rd time I had to do so and they told me I was waiting on 3 burgers but everyone else who ordered after me somehow got theirs so it made me very angry and confused as to why I had to wait so i asked was I waiting for them to cook? And finally the person bagging for drive thru asked the sandwich maker to make my burgers so basically I waited over an hr just because no one asked for my burgers this was the most ridiculous time I have ever had with fast food but I have learned my lesson I will never go to this McDonalds ever again and I hope no one else has this issue with them. Apparently they were understaffed but i did not see a manager or even a shift leader I asked for a number for their upper management team they told me they don’t know id have to google it. how is this location even still open...
