Keeley's Alehouse & Grille — Restaurant in Pringle

Service was TERRIBLE! When we walked in one of the workers almost ran us over. He was literally running to deliver food to the tables. Then we sat down ordered drinks which took a while. We put in our order of appetizers and our meals. The beers were terrible. Seemed watered down. Waitress never came over to see how we were doing. Finally after about 20 minutes of waiting a salad came out that our table ordered. Then an order came out for another person at our table. Meanwhile we had to ask for utensils because they were never given to us. As one person has her meal she literally finished her meal before the rest of the table got their meal. Then our meals came out before our appetizers! We ordered a drink which never came and finally the waitress came and just said "sorry we had a 30 person table we had to take care of" okay, I understand she was busy but she pretty much said they were moee important and that's why our food came wrong or not at all. I would not be going back. I'm forgiving and understand mistakes, but.. When you don't check on the table or don't bring food or drinks we ordered then blamed it on another table. No that's too much. The only reason I have it two stars was because the food itself was actually very good once we got it about 45...

Service was slow but great food for how long we waited. I don't blame them for being slow since its hard to find workers right now and everything is still trying to get back to normal, so they're temporarily short of staff. We had gone someplace previously that we sadly later found out they didn't have what we wanted so we stopped here. I had some shrimp and wings. An odd combination but we had already ate at the other place and mainly went to Keeley's for wings. Shrimp was delicious, wings were nice and crispy but not dried out. Best wings I've had in a long time that's for sure. I've eaten here before in the past and I can say their food has always been good. I'd definitely recommend going here if you're thinking about it, just expect things to be a little slow until things go back to normal-- but its like that everywhere so there isn't a much better option for...

a friend suggested this place to me food was great bartender awesome bt my server who never gave her name i felt was very disturbing i placed my food orders for both my 2 children and myself and shortly after taking my order my waitress came to be and asked me am i sure tht i want all my food i had ordered because my bill was $60 i was absolutely offended never have i ever been treated like that i called an found out that servers name was Abby i asked to speak with a manager and after doing a follow up call to notify the management i spoke with Michelle who told me that im playing the racist card because i asked for a apology i never said anything about my being black i dont know why she did that to me but i will pray for her...
