If zero stars was available that's what I would score them. Worst costumer service I've ever seen, went in to get a delonghi that I found online from this place, traveled 40 minutes to get one and brought it home. I hooked it all up and it blew hot air, I called and he said I was wrong. So I just told him I was taking it back and wanted one that blew cold air? I went and he said I must have dropped it and broke it? I explained I hadn't and he seemed to argue about how there was no other way it would not work? Then he gave me one that I made him plug in and make sure it blew cold air. But when I brought it home there was so much water that the machine was producing that the machine was shutting off every 30 minutes or less. Called him and he said to buy a tube, I bought a tube that I connected to it. But the machine had to be on a dresser so the water could flow downhill out of the machine. Which was then pointless since the air pushed upward. I took it back and the owner gave me so much disrespect when I asked for my full refund. I will never be buying from them again, such a big waste of time and clearly they don't care about customers. Rude disrespectful owner. Never again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather pay full price, then waste my time...

I bought a new in box dehumidifier that the manufacturer has a 5 year warranty. It failed after a year and contacted fridadaire and they were going to exchange it for free and said I needed to register it as we were talking. I gave them the serial number and after a long hold they came back on and said that serial number was already registered to someone else who bought it at Best buy. Purchased a "brand new in box" unit from their eBay store. Unit failed after 2 years. Reached out to he manufacturer to use the unit's 5 year warranty. Was asked for the serial number only to discover the SN was removed from the unit. Discount Electronics informed me that this unit was not really new and that they removed the stickers with some bogus excuse. Shy away from this business as they are actively engaging on warranty fraud, repairing and reselling...
